What we do

E-commerce architecture rarely goes bad overnight. It grows organically, layer on layer, until nobody has the overview any more and every new feature takes twice as long as the last. We come in, map the current state honestly and draw the way forward.

We start with the needs of the business and let them drive the technical choices, not the other way around. Agentic commerce, composable and scalability are means, not ends. Sometimes the answer is a thorough redesign to meet AI-driven and agentic flows, sometimes it is doing the right thing in the right order over time.

How we work

We are senior and hands-on. We read and write code, sit with the developers and make technical decisions on real ground, not on architecture sketches that never meet reality.

And we build in order to leave. The goal is for the team to maintain and develop it themselves once we are gone. An architecture that only works while we are still there has not done its job.
