How we think about growing
We grow slowly and with care. We recruit rarely and would rather hire the right person at the right moment than fill a chair. But we always want to hear from people who are genuinely sharp at e-commerce, including when we are not actively looking.
What actually draws people
Here it comes down to the clients, the projects and the colleagues. We take on the whole journey of modern commerce, from business development and platform selection to technical architecture and ongoing development, at brands genuinely at the front. That means you get breadth, depth and colleagues who have walked the road before you to lean on.
Who you probably are
Senior, curious and direct. You have done e-commerce for real, as an advisor, project manager, architect or manager, and want to keep doing it with people who care about the craft as much as you do.
